Q: Why does Logical Operations provide this service?

A: This service is provided as a benefit to our courseware customers. Logical Operations' fee is only to cover its costs.

Q: How long does it take?

A: Generally, it takes 2 to 4 business days to source a trainer.

Q: What subjects can I get a trainer for?

A: In addition to being able to source trainers on every subject LO has content for, LO can source trainers on virtually any technical training or business subject.

Q: I’m a trainer. Can I be listed as a trainer in Logical Operations’ database?

A: Yes, but we're very picky. You must have a minimum of 3 years of training experience, and we will want to use you as a contract trainer in our own training center before we vouch for you to our customers. Please fill out the application form (click on link) to get started.

Q: What if I have to cancel my class?

A: We have contracted with our trainers that classes are cancellable within 10 business days. As long as you are outside of that, you can cancel without penalty. Anytime within the 10 business day window, Logical Operations will waive its portion of the fee. However, you are obligated to pay the trainer cost. That said, Logical Operations will try to work with the trainer on your behalf to waive all or part of their fee.
