Logical Operations, Inc., leading provider of instructor-led professional training courseware, announced today the acquisition of the education publishing assets of AXZO Press, which focuses on custom writing services; developing software educational manuals, business and professional development, and computer language training; educational services and computer language training; multimedia publishing of books, magazines, journals, software, games, music, and electronic publications; publication and editing of printed matter; publication of textbooks, self-study business books, quick reference cards, custom job aids, and book customization software. This transaction combines two leading learning solution providers to create a dynamic, forward-thinking player in the training and development industry.

The acquisition of AXZO Press gives Logical Operations the ability to better serve global markets by equipping corporations, training centers, and academic institutions with configurable multi-platform professional development training solutions. The completion of this transaction also further emphasizes Logical Operations’ dedication to bringing technology advancement and innovation into the classroom learning experience.
