Logical Operations Introduces a New Instructor Certification Program, Modern Classroom Certified Trainer (MCCT), to Prepare Instructors to Effectively Teach in Today’s Evolving Classroom Environment
December 2, 2014 Rochester, NY

Logical Operations announces a new instructor development course and certification program, Modern Classroom Certified Trainer (MCCT), to provide instructors with the skills needed to effectively deliver Logical Operations’ curriculum and to successfully teach in today’s evolving learning environment. As part of the MCCT certification program, instructors will have the option of attending the course in-person in Rochester, N.Y., or virtually, to prepare them to take the MCCT exam.

“Here at Logical Operations, we define a ‘modern classroom’ as a learning environment where learning can take place synchronously or asynchronously, with students either co-located or in remote locations, and the course content can be delivered continuously or in an extended or modular delivery,” said Bill Rosenthal, CEO, Logical Operations. “Our courseware is specifically designed to support the modern classroom environment with our platform-agnostic virtual delivery tools, access to digital content, anywhere/anytime support for students, and reference tools available on our configurable CHOICE digital learning platform and CHOICE mobile apps. We developed the MCCT program to help instructors grow their skills and utilize all of these tools in the classroom to create the best possible learning experience for their students.”

The MCCT program prepares instructors for all aspects of delivering a course using Logical Operations curriculum found on our digital learning platform, CHOICE, and our printed training curriculum. In the MCCT program, instructors will learn class preparation techniques, how to evaluate and increase the effectiveness of their training, how to teach using various delivery modes such as asynchronous and distance learning, and how to grow and improve as a trainer. Instructors who complete this course and certification will have a unique opportunity to gain real experience delivering a technical training course in person, in an asynchronous environment, and in a distance learning environment, while being coached by one of Logical Operations’ own highly experienced instructors.

The first MCCT classes, open to all adult education instructors, will be held on January 21st (one-day class) and January 22nd – January 23rd (two-day class) at Logical Operations’ headquarters in Rochester, N.Y. Instructors may also attend the class virtually. For more information about signing up for the MCCT classes, please contact Logical Operations at info@logicaloperations.com or 1.800.456.4677.
