Logical Operations, Inc., leading provider of instructor-led professional training courseware, announced today the acquisition of the education publishing assets of AXZO Press. This transaction combines two leading learning solution providers to create a dynamic, forward-thinking player in the training and development industry.
The acquisition of AXZO Press gives Logical Operations the ability to better serve global markets by equipping corporations, training centers, and academic institutions with configurable multi-platform professional development training solutions. The completion of this transaction also further emphasizes Logical Operations’ dedication to bringing technology advancement and innovation into the classroom learning experience.
